Files that are not listed here (for various reasons: old, future versions, ..) can be downloaded at the Sourceforge File Release page. There is no further information about what to do with these files on that page (besides some release notes), so you should know what you're doing. Some of the files contain README files.
If you want to download the newest features and bugs, you can try to get a CVS copy. However, those versions can be unstable and buggy. To learn how to check out a working copy, read the Sourceforge.net CVS page. Please note that development of version 0.7.0 is in the branch "trunk_0_7_0" (trunk, branch, whatever!), so you should tell your CVS client to use that branch if you want to get 0.7.0.
